As recalled, Dorfman starred in The Bachelorette Season 10 in the hope of finding the right man for her. At the finale, she was left with two choices in the image of Murray and Nick Viall. The beauty then accepted Murray’s proposal, but the relationship did not last.
In Dorfman’s book, she revealed the stories about the failed romance and some intriguing details about her ex. And as a result, Josh Murray also took revenge during his time on Bachelor In Paradise. According to Hollywood Life, the spinster has been insulting his ex-fiancee all throughout the season of the show.
He even dissed Andi Dorfman while in the middle of his proposal to Amanda Stanton. The tabloid stated that the handsome seemed to really hate his ex after all. It was also noted that he used the chance to take one last shot of revenge during the BIP finale.
While Murray was admitting how special Stanton is, he said that he thought he knew what true love was in the past, but he did not until he met her. He then said that what he felt right at the moment was true love. Murray seemed sincere with his words for Stanton, but the tabloid noted that he was also slamming his former engagement with Dorfman.
The outlet also suggested that Murray seemed to drive a point that Stanton was better than Dorman, saying she was the best in the world. He said that he had never loved someone so much in his life. The tabloid then affirmed that the bachelor indeed hated Andi Dorfman.
Meanwhile, Us Weekly reported that relationship experts believed that Murray’s speech on the season finale of BIP was more sincere and the present relationship will likely work out than in Dorfman’s season.
Psychotherapist Rhonda Richards-Smith explained that his proposal to Andi Dorfman looked like there was “emotional disconnection despite the very strong physical connection” of the two. She said that the handsome seemed preoccupied with how he appeared on television back then.
In contrast, Richards-Smith suggested that Murray’s behaviour during his proposal to Stanton was quite promising, as seen on his subconscious signals. She went on to expound that his speech to Dorman was very polished, while to Stanton was heartfelt and genuine.
At the end, the expert said that the success of the relationship cannot be determined by how strong the couple’s feeling for each other is. She added that it depends on their commitment and ability to bring the love they found in paradise to reality.
